E-REON's 2.856 GHz solid-state klystron driver will be showcased at the Ampleon booth during European Microwave Week 2025 in Utrecht.
The amplifier platform is designed for pulsed RF applications including medical LINACs and high-energy physics drivers. It delivers 400 W pulsed output power with high efficiency and fast pulse response.
Solid-state pulsed RF design
The driver uses LDMOS technology together with a thermally optimized mechanical and RF design. The platform reflects E-REON's integrated approach to RF, power, thermal and mechanical engineering for demanding high-power systems.
European Microwave Week 2025
EuMW 2025 takes place in Utrecht, the Netherlands, from 21 to 26 September 2025. The E-REON klystron driver will be presented at the Ampleon booth.
