E-REON released a compact 300 W RF power-amplifier pallet covering the 2.4–2.5 GHz frequency range.
Automated assembly
The pallet was produced using E-REON's Essemtec Fox automated assembly system. The process included paste dispensing within the final-transistor cavity before component placement.
Designed for integration
The compact pallet was developed for integration into RF energy equipment, satellite-communications ground terminals and other specialised high-power RF systems. An aluminium-housed version was planned as the next configuration.
