E-REON completed the design-verification testing of a new IF limiting amplifier and pulse-envelope detector for the back end of an IFF radar receiver.
The assembly provides more than 80 dB of dynamic range and a 15 ns rise time. It was developed as a drop-in alternative to the original manufacturer's solution for the mid-life upgrade of deployed radar systems.
Following successful design verification, the next stage was field testing before in-house production at E-REON's facilities in Hoogvliet.
