Hardware development has continued alongside E-REON's UAV and counter-UAV RF engineering whitepaper series.
Several units of the latest 600 W pulsed L-band RF power amplifier pallet have now been built. The platform covers 1.2-1.4 GHz and is intended for pulsed RF applications requiring a compact, repeatable and integration-ready amplifier building block.
Developed for pulsed RF systems
The pallet can be integrated into radar-oriented transmit chains, RF test systems and higher-level amplifier assemblies. Its compact format allows the same validated RF stage to be used as a repeatable subsystem within larger mechanical, thermal and control architectures.
Producing multiple units also provides an opportunity to verify assembly repeatability and maintain a consistent interface for subsequent system integration.
Matching S-band platform
The same pallet platform is available in a 400 W version covering 2.7-3.1 GHz. It retains the same form factor and feature set, while the RF matching network is adapted for operation across the S-band frequency range.
This shared platform approach supports applications that require related L-band and S-band amplifier stages without developing completely different mechanical and control arrangements for each band.
The work reflects E-REON's focus on RF and microwave hardware that is designed, built, tested and iterated with real system integration in mind.
