RF power circuits combine electrical performance with careful physical design. The E-REON PowerBlast 30 is a compact, connectorised solid-state power amplifier developed for the 2.45 GHz ISM band.

The module delivers more than 30 W of RF output power across 2400-2500 MHz. It combines a nominal 26 dBm RF drive level with approximately 18 dB gain and achieves module efficiency above 60 percent.

Mature LDMOS technology

The PowerBlast 30 uses mature LDMOS technology to combine RF output power, efficiency and reliable operation in a compact mechanical assembly. Its connectorised format simplifies integration into laboratory equipment and larger RF systems.

Key performance characteristics include:

  • 2400-2500 MHz operating frequency range
  • more than 30 W RF output power
  • nominal 26 dBm RF input level
  • approximately 18 dB gain
  • greater than 60 percent module efficiency

The internal construction brings the RF power device, bias circuitry, impedance-matching structures and output filtering together in a concise and serviceable layout.
